THE mayor of Grange-over-Sands is to be presented with a commemorative book to mark the 30th anniversary of the Cartmel and Grange group of Amnesty International.
Coun Rob Leach will receive the book, entitled In Small Places Close to Home, which records some of the people who founded the group or who have been among the 300 members.
The book, which was produced by the group, includes the work of Amnesty youth groups at both Cartmel Priory School and Ulverston Victoria High.
