A controversial decision over whether to grant permission for plans to build a family entertainment centre underneath a block of flats in Kendal town centre has been deferred.
Members of South Lakeland District Council's planning committee voted today to visit Sand Aire House at Stramongate before deciding whether to give the go ahead to any plans which would have included the construction of a bowling alley.
