A LORRY driver had to be cut free after his vehicle collided with a barn on the A65 at Endmoor early today.
Firefighters used special equipment from an emergency rescue vehicle to release the driver, who was taken to the Royal Lancaster Infirmary suffering from head injuries.
Police issued a traffic warning after the lorry struck the barn near the Crooklands Hotel at around 5.50am.
