GUILTY: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
CLARE Stephenson, 38, of Jubilee Close, Kirkby Lonsdale, has been banned from the road for 14 months after admitting driving in Kendal on September 25 when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in her blood exceeded the specified limit.
She was fined £130, told to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.
