STOLEN: a Canyon Spectral, valued at around £2,000 if bought new, was one of the two bikes
POLICE are investigating the theft of two high-value mountain bikes from a shed at Stonecroft in Ambleside.
The incident is thought to have taken place between 12pm on Monday February 10 and 8pm on Wednesday February 12.
The two bikes are a Canyon Spectral and a GT Sanction (both valued at around £2,000 if bought new).
Police are asking anybody with information relating to the incident to call 101 or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 199 of February 12 2020.
