HEARING: South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court in Barrow
A MAN from Windermere is due to appear in court accused of sexually touching a nine-year-old girl.
Jako Leon Stander, of Matson Ground, will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
The 38-year-old has been charged with sexually touching a nine-year-old girl in Windermere between October 4 and October 7 of last year.
Bail conditions prevent Stander from having any unsupervised contact with any child under the age of 16 unless it is unavoidable and not easily foreseeable.
