A DALTON man is due to appear in court accused of failing to attend community service.
David Steven Alexander Cairns, of Buttermere Drive, will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The 22-year-old is accused of failing to attend appointments on January 21 and 28.
