MULTIPLE crews were called out to a barn fire in South Lakeland.
Three fire engines and a rapid response vehicle attended the incident at Slack Head, near Milnthorpe, at around 1pm on Monday.
Two breathing apparatus, a hose reel and a thermal imaging camera were used in extinguishing it.
Oxygen and first aid was administered to one casualty suffering from smoke inhalation.
Crews were in attendance for one hour and 20 minutes.
