KENDAL Rotary has given a £1,000 donation to Age UK South Lakeland to help with the isolation support provided across the area.
Tim Keegan, club secretary, praised the work being carried out by the Age UK team..
Fifty percent of the charity’s operating budget comes from their retail operation which is currently closed.
Hugh Tomlinson, chief executive of Age UK, thanked Kendal Rotary.
