A CUMBRIAN charity used to taking people to the shops has switched to taking shopping to those who need it.
For more than 40 years Fellrunner Buses has been operated and driven by volunteers for the benefit of the community, serving many villages in the Eden district.
Since late March it has turned its model on its head and is now providing shopping and prescription deliveries for those who cannot get to the shops.
The service can be contacted through Cumbria County Council’s Eden hub.
