RESCUERS were called after three walkers became lost in poor visibility while descending a Lake District fell.
Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team (WMRT) was called to the incident at Scafell at around 3.20pm.
A WMRT spokesman said the lost group was located quickly on Sunday using the PhoneFind application.
The spokesman said: "Two [WMRT] team members who were on the hill already were able to intercept them on their way back and escort them on the final leg back to their vehicle."
