A WARRANT has been issued for a man charged with driving offences.
Benjamin James Walton failed to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court after he was accused of driving without due care on the A590 on November 1.
The 32-year-old motorist, of Market Street in Flookburgh, is alleged to have skidded in his Nissan Primaster near Levens and hit the central reservation before driving off.
He is also charged with failing to stop and failing to report the incident.
