CUMBRIA County Council has confirmed when libraries will be able to reopen after months of lockdown.
A spokesman said the authority's six main library buildings in Kendal, Barrow, Carlisle, Penrith, Whitehaven and Workington will reopen on August 10.
“To protect the health and safety of our staff and customers we will have new Covid-secure measures in place and our opening times and offer will be slightly different," said a spokesman.
