KENDAL is projected to receive full fibre internet within next 18 months.
Villages and market towns across South Cumbria are set to benefit from full fibre broadband.
Openreach has outlined plans to make ultra-reliable and gigabit-capable full fibre broadband available to homes and businesses in and around eight towns and villages across Cumbria. These include Kendal, Barrow, Dalton, Walney, Millom, Penrith, Harington and Workington.
