AWARD: Thousands award to University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS for key workers in Cumbria
HOSPITAL patients have been able to keep in touch with families at home after an £84,000 grant from NHS Charities Together allowed The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust to buy iPads for wards.
The cash was also used for webcams so working from home can stay in touch with their teams.
