South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Abbey Road, Barrow
A MAN is due to appear in court after being charged with racially aggravated assault.
Gavin Hoar is alleged to have committed the offence against Jakeem Addman in Ambleside on January 10.
The 44-year-old, of High Street in Chard, Somerset, is also accused of another charge of assault by beating against the man and will face South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
