A MAN from Grange-over-Sands has denied a charge of fraud.
Joshua Storey, 21, of Kirk Head End, Grange-over-Sands, is alleged to have stolen £15 off another man, in Barrow between August and September last year.
The second charge alleges Storey committed fraud by false representation, by using a bank card to buy £58.60 worth of goods in October 2019.
He denied the charges earlier this year and and on Wednesday a trial date was set for October 1.
