Councillors ask for volunteers to form group to decide how funds should be spent
Kendal East councillors have asked for volunteers to help put a community group together to "unlock" council funds and to discuss how the money should be spent.
In a statement they said: "There is some funding set aside within SLDC's budget to purchase new equipment for the play area at the back of Archers Meadow and to make some general improvements to the area." If you are interested contact eamonn.hennessy@southlakeland.gov.uk
