THE TEAM at Holker Hall are donning their chef hats and packing up the vans as they prepare to embark on a 'Mince Pie Mission'.

Santa, accompanied by the Holker Elves, will be touring around from December 3-4 dropping off their delicious homemade mince pies to those most in need.

Santa will be stopping at local care homes and residences to deliver Christmas joy to the elderly, the lonely and the vulnerable in a Covid-19 safe manner.

A Holker Hall spokesperson said: "2020 hasn’t exactly been the year we had all planned, so if you know of someone who is lonely, vulnerable or just needs cheering up then let us know and we will be sure to add them onto Santa’s mince pie route!

"We can’t promise to meet every request but we will do our best to bring a little sparkle to those most in need!"

The service is free of charge, with Santa and his Elves working in their own time to put smiles on people’s faces.

If you would like to nominate a stop off point on the route, please let Holker Hall know by emailing info@holker.co.uk or by calling 015395 58328 referencing ‘Mince Pie Mission’.
