Mental health: The campaign, Lighten the Load aims to encourage framers in Cumbria to talk about mental health
FARMERS' mental health and resilience and the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic will be the focus of a major new research project led by the University of Reading.
The project has received £190k in funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
The research team will work with- farmers and organisations involved in supporting them to understand how the spread of the coronavirus has affected agricultural workers.
