ADVICE: Has been issued about disposing of waste if you have Covid-19 symptoms
RECYCLE for Cumbria has advised residents to double bag any waste if they, or any of their household, are displaying Covid-19 symptoms.
It was also advised that the bagged waste is left for 72 hours before being placed in the residual bin.
A spokesman said: "If you or anyone in your household is self-isolating with Covid-19 symptoms, then it is important to double bag any waste and leave it for 72 hours before it being placed in the residual bin."
