APPEARANCE SCHEDULED: South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A 21-YEAR-OLD Kendal man is due to appear in court charged with possession of a controlled class A drug.
It is alleged that Alex Lightley, of Wasdale Close, had in his possession a quantity of psilocybin at Barrows Green, near Kendal, on October 26, 2020.
He will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court, Barrow, tomorrow.
