A MAN accused of fraud is due to stand trial.
Allan Livesey is charged with two counts of fraud by false representation.
The 59-year-old, of Lake Road in Windermere, is said to have made representations to LSC Finance Ltd which ‘were and which he knew were or might be untrue or misleading’.
He is said to have committed the offences between September 14 2018 and October 21 2019. He is due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court on July 20.
