"The restaurant has recently undergone major refurbishment both on the restaurant floor and in the kitchen.
"Some equipment has been replaced for new.
"The restaurant has a warm, welcoming, shabby-chic atmosphere with a buzzing and busy continental cafe feel downstairs and a more intimate dining atmosphere upstairs."
It added: "The premises comprises triple wide frontage and occupying ground and first floor, with further outbuildings to the rear being utilised for storage.
