A PRIMARY school has closed for more than two weeks except for vulnerable and keyworker children following an outbreak of Covid-19.
A spokesman for Cumbria County Council confirmed that Hawkshead Esthwaite Primary School in Ambleside closed on Tuesday and is not scheduled to reopen until Monday September 27 due to an outbreak of coronavirus.
The school is closed to all children except keyworker and vulnerable children.
All children have been moved to online learning and the school will fully re-open on Monday September 27.
The primary school also shared online that all clubs and coaches will be postponed until Thursday September 24.
