A MAN is due to appear in court accused of driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
It is alleged Robin Stott, 38, drove a Ford Transit along the A591 at Ings while 'disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence'.
It is also alleged Stott, whose address is listed in court documents as Hill Side, Ings, Kendal, drove a Ford Transit along the A591 at Ings without third-party insurance.
The alleged offences both took place on June 23 of this year.
Stott is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on Tuesday.
