THE date has been announced for Windermere’s upcoming Christmas two-mile Rave Run.
Organised by personal trainer Susie Anton, Pete Bland sports and the Windermere Rugby Club, the festive day welcomes families and runners to grab their best Christmas outfit to join them at the Rugby club on December 16.
Entry costs £5 and participants can enjoy the club bar which will be opened afterwards.
The run will take families along a gentle route from the club around Windermere.
Susie said: "I am so pleased to announce that myself, Pete Bland sports and Windermere rugby club are bringing you the Christmas rave run.
Come and join the festive fun with £5 entry per family. Get the whole family and the dog ready.
"Dust off your elf costume, don your jingle bells get your Santa hat on or wrap up in some tinsel and join me for a festive fun 2 mile run to get you in the Christmas spirit.
"And the fantastic Rugby club bar is open after."
