The clock at the entrance to Blackhall Yard Shopping, where the stairs to the Seven Stars public house were situated.
It is interesting there is the a hog in the place where the number twelve would be, this being a nod towards the former Black Hall brush factory which used to be alongside the adjacent entrance.
This area was developed in 1988 as part of the larger Westmorland Shopping Centre.
