A WOMAN from Blackburn is due to be sentenced for going to Bowness equipped for burglary, a court heard.
Leslie Rawstron, of Woodlea Road in Lancashire, was in Bowness, not being at her place of abode, and had with her articles for use in the course of, or in connection with burglary, namely two screw drivers, a small prising bar, torch, gloves and balaclava.
The offence dates back to January 20.
The 49-year-old is due to be sentenced at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court on January 31.
The last hearing at court was adjourned so a pre-sentence report could be prepared by the probation service.
