KIRKBY Lonsdale Rugby club have celebrated their most recent success on the field following their match against Burnage.
Held on January 29, the end of the match saw an impressive victory for Kirkby, winning by 24 against 19.
This win has broken the club's unfortunate two match losing streak, after defeats against Alnwick and Wirral.
During both matches Kirkby's score remained on 14 while Alnwick claimed 73 while Wirral reached 31.
Their match against Burnage shows Kirkby Lonsdale, despite the setbacks from their previous two games, have a bright future in this coming year.
The club will face Sandal on February 5, and Northwich on February 12.
