A MAN has been charged with assaulting a train conductor in Oxenholme.
A man was arrested in the North East where he was interviewed and charged with assaulting a Transpennine Express train conductor in Oxenholme in April.
A spokesman for BTP Lancs said: "A male thought he was headed into the sunshine and freedom, but instead [he was] arrested him on our behalf.
"He was interviewed and charged with assault of a TPE train conductor at Oxenholme in April."
