THE students of Queen Katherine School are putting on a musical on Tuesday 5 July and Thursday 7 July. 

It will be a meta performance, as the show is called 'A Musical About Musicals' which was created by the students. 

The play is about group of students that sneak off to London to see a wide range of musicals at the West End. The evening will feature live music, dancing, and comedy. 

The school will be running a licenced bar with a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks and ice creams from 6:00pm.

The show itself will be on at 6:30pm in the Upper School Hall.

Tickets are £5 concessions and £8 for adults.

Previously, Queen Katherine School has performed productions such as We Will Rock You in the Brewery Arts Centre.

That performance was described as 'fantastic,' 'fabulous' and 'amazing.' 

The school puts on annual musicals at the end of the year for the students to perform in.
