Established in Yard 46 Branthwaite Brow, the hairdresser Michael moved to this former solicitor’s office in 1981. While using the upper two floors he expanded, employing 12 staff.
After being sold the business became Igloo in 2008 trading for a further twelve years. The lower floor having been a wool shop is now occupied by Basetan.
