A 42-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded not guilty to driving while over the limit for cannabis.
David Butterfield, of Millness Row, Crooklands, Milnthorpe, is accused of driving a Fiat Duacto on the A6 in Warton, Burton-in-Kendal, on December 9 2022 while over the drug drive limit.
Butterfield denied the offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Barrow on April 27.
He was granted unconditional bail ahead of a further case management hearing on May 31 at Carlisle Magistrates' Court.
