South Cumbria Magistrates' Court
A MAN from Stoke-on-Trent will appear in court after being accused of drug driving in Cumbria.
Alex Costica, 28, of Rose Street, is accused of driving a vehicle a Fiat Punto on South Road, Kendal, with the drug Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol measuring 5.6 micrograms per litre of blood.
This exceeds the legal limit.
The alleged offence is said to have taken place on November 4, 2022 Mr Costica will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court, Barrow, on Wednesday, May 10.
