A MAN is due to appear in court.
Joe Hague, of Highgate, is charged with one count of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit.
It is alleged the 33-year-old drove a Honda Civic on the A591 at Kendal on November 24 while over the limit for Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol.
The defendant is expected to appear before magistrates in Barrow on May 11.
