CUMBRIA'S biggest musical has now sold out for its 17th consecutive year.

Kendal Calling has joined other festivals such as Glastonbury and Download festival in selling out in England this year, with demand at an all-time high.

The final 10 pairs of tickets for the festival will be available through a charity raffle - raising funds for James’ Place and Papyrus UK.

All winning pairs of tickets offer VIP access to Kendal Calling, with two of those pairs offering an extra special treat of side stage access to watch an act of the winner’s choice from the best spot in the house.

All monies raised from the raffle will be divided equally between James' Place, a charity that provides therapy for men in suicidal crisis, and Papyrus UK, a charity dedicated to preventing young suicide.

To enter, purchase a raffle ticket for £2.50 via this link, for a chance to win one of the last 20 tickets to the festival. The raffle will close on June 7, and the winners will be announced on June 9.

Andy Smith, founder of Kendal Calling, said, "We're thrilled to announce this final chance for music fans to join us at the sold-out Kendal Calling through our raffle benefiting James' Place and Papyrus UK.

"These organisations do incredibly important work, and we're keen to support them in any way we can.

"To all those joining us this year – we can’t wait to see you in the fields and share an unforgettable weekend together."

Despite the festival being sold out, there are still opportunities for those who missed out on tickets to join us in the fields with volunteer applications open with Festaff.

Set in Lowther Deer Park, Kendal Calling will take place from July 27-30.
