THE Kendal branch of a Lake District retailer is closing down.
Peter Rabbit and Friends in Branthwaite, Cliff Brow, Kendal has removed all its toys and games from the storefront.
Bosses have posted a message on the windows of the shop that says: "Closing down sale. 50% off on everything."
This shop was one of the five around Cumbria, with others in Grasmere, Bowness, Hawkshead and Keswick.
Shop owners have been contacted.
