Furness Magistrates Court in Barrow JON GRANGER
A MAN is due to appear in court charged with using threatening or abusive words in Kendal.
Adam Kudrnac, of no fixed abode, is said to have used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.
The offence is said to have taken place on May 27 in Stricklandgate, Kendal.
The 32-year-old is set to enter a plea for the charge.
He is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
