The ground floor premises is currently vacant however it is perfect for someone hungry for a new business venture. The property consists of restaurant and bar area with additional restaurant seating.
There is also the kitchen and prep room along with ladies and gents toilets and disabled toilet.
Whilst operating under the Al Forno name, the restaurant served pizzas and Italian and Mediterranean food. The eatery was awarded the maximum of five out of five by food hygiene inspectors on June 1, 2021.
The business is ideally located to be a restaurant business however could be another enterprise if the necessary consents were obtained.
