A MAN is to appear in court over allegedly racially harassing another male causing him to feel alarm or distress.
Shane Mulhall, of Anchorite Road in Kendal, is also charged with stealing a telephone and dash cam from the same complainant.
The offences are said to have been committed by the 33-year-old on May 3 this year.
He will indicate a plea at South Cumbria Magistrates Court this afternoon (September 27).
