A KENDAL man is alleged to have harassed another male by repeatedly texting him throughout the day from different numbers over a period of months.
Ben Turner, 42, of Kirkland View is charged with harassment without violence of Martin McKay.
The offence is said to have taken place between June 1 2022 and April 30 2023.
He will give an indication of plea when he is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on October 2 (Monday).
