SOUTH LAKES Police made two arrests after forcing entry into a property in Kendal.
The raid was over alleged drug dealing.
A police spokesperson said: "Concerns from the community acted on this morning. Forced entry, drugs and cash seized, two arrested and in custody."
They said that the action was taken after listening to concerns from the community.
The police requested the public to share information and concerns about drug dealing by contacting them or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
