A MAN who was previously found guilty of sexual assault has had his conviction overturned.
Geza Szakacs, of Coniston Road in Ambleside, was convicted on January 6 of sexually assaulting a woman in Ambleside on October 21.
The 54-year-old denied the offence and has had the conviction quashed by Carlisle Crown Court.
