A selection of two and three-bedroom houses represent the most affordable properties currently on the market in and around Kendal.
Solo, working in conjunction with South Lakes Housing, are selling semi-detached homes on the Story Homes, Fellside Manor development in Endmoor.
Prices start from £55,000 for a 25 per cent share of a two bed house, with shares of up to 75 per cent available based on affordability assessments.
The 25 per cent share would require a minimum deposit of £11,000 subject to financial status of the buyer and a staircase to 100 per cent ownership is available.
The properties come with a private garden and parking spaces for two cars.
