A coffee shop and restaurant in Kendal has seen its asking price massively reduced after being put up for sale earlier this month.

Stanley’s Coffee House & Kitchen on Library Road previously had a leasehold of £99,950, but that has now been cut to £70,000.

The business occupies the ground floor trading space of the two storey property which is in a prime high street position.

The hope is that the lowered expectations will allow a new business to take over the space and plug the gap in the town.

Net sales for the year ending in April 2022 were £311,393 on a six-day, limited hour running, meaning that the new owners have the potential to grow this even further.
