A KENDAL restaurant has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
Jheel, a restaurant at 20 Blackhall Road, was given a score of four out of five after an assessment carried out on November 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Of Westmorland and Furness's 671 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 541 (81%) have ratings of five, and none have zero ratings.
