A KENDAL woman has been charged with drink driving.
Emma Barnett, of Greengate Lane, is alleged by prosecutors to have been driving her Volkswagen Caddy van while over the legal limit on Oxenholme Road.
The 39-year-old is said to have given a lowest reading of 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on December 2 this year. The limit is 35.
She will appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court to indicate her plea on December 18.
