POLICE have found a missing man who was last seen in Penrith Town Centre.
Police were concerned for the welfare of missing who was last seen yesterday ,December 22 in Penrith Town Centre.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
Officers would also like to urge Andrew to contact this number if he sees this appeal.
