A 40-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to stalking without fear / alarm / distress.
Richard Williams, of Burland Grove in Kendal, is said to have made repeated contact by attending the complainant’s address as well as sending her unwanted emails and messages.
The offence is said to have occurred between December 3 2022 and June 16 2023 in Kendal.
Williams was given unconditional bail by magistrates at South Cumbria Magistrates Court and will next attend court on March 19 next year for his trial.
